Charisse (Cha) Consul is a Filipina illustrator who specializes in vibrant and dynamic illustrations for children’s & middle-grade books. Cha, who is residing in the Philippines, has illustrated over 16 books including All People are Beautiful by Vincent Kelly and Herning, Herning by Kristen Sunby of Moon Dust Press.
